Shipping & Return

 

In order to make your  shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we have listed down the details you need to know regarding our shipment options and return policies. Currently we ship to all the European Union countries and to the rest of the World. The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, and are listed below. For the deliveries we count on shipping companies such as  DHL and UPS, while for domestic shipments we collaborate with PostNL. We reserve the right to pick the shipping company which would serve best the needs of our customers by providing great customer service. Mind that our courier does not deliver to PO boxes. 

 We do not hold responsibility regarding delays in the delivery by the courier. However, we cherish your  after-purchase feedback in order to further improve the future customer journey of our customers. 

1. STANDARD SHIPPING  TO THE FOLLOWING EU COUNTRIES IS CALCULATED AT A FLAT RATE OF €12,95.

AT, BG, HR, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, FI, FR, GR, HU, IE, LV, LT, MT, PL, PT, RO SK, SI, ES, SE, UK.

2. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING IS APPLIED FOR:

NL, BE, LU, IT.

3. STANDARD SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD COUNTRIES IS CALCULATED AT A FLAT RATE OF    

€19,95.

4. EXPRESS DELIVERY IS CALCULATED AT A FLAT RATE OF €20 TO THE EU COUNTRIES. FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD COUNTRIES IT IS CALCULATED AT THE CHECKOUT.

5. TIME OF DELIVERY

  • Standard delivery to the Netherlands: 1-2 days | Express delivery: Next day delivery for all orders placed before 11 pm.
  • Standard delivery to the rest of the EU countries: 3-5 days | Express delivery: 3 days
  • Standard delivery to the rest of the World : 6-12 days | Express delivery, varies depending on the country.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Pelletteria Italiana we commercialize Italian leather bags made in Florence. We select our items one to one for their unique quality. Nonetheless, it may occur that you may want to return your order, or to cancel it.

Pelletteria Italiana guarantees a full free return policy. If you are not satisfied with the item you have received, you are entitled to return it. Additionally, if the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) is in force, then you have the right to cancel your order. 

RETURN AND CANCELLATION INSTRUCTION

Here are the instructions to return your purchases. We kindly remind you that you have up to 30  days to claim a return or an exchange, but that Pelletteria Italiana may prolong this time at times given certain particular circumstances. 

In order to claim a return, please follow the steps:

1. Attach the adhesive prepaid shipping label we have sent you along with the item, it already displays our return address. May you have any problems, feel free to contact our customer service.

2. Lastly, you should ship the item back. We suggest you to pick DHL, DHL Paket, UPS, or the domestic courier PostNL, because of their reliability, but you can choose another. As usual, may you have any problem or need assistance, you can always contact our customer service.

The returned items should not present clear signs of usage, and they should be sent back in their original conditions. You can pick the courier you prefer to return your items, but only UPS, DHL, and PostNL guarantee the free return policy. We also suggest to pick a tracked shipping service to avoid damages and conflicting claims from the parties. 

If you decide to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulation, then the shipping costs are not covered by our free returns policy. 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION REFUND

After we receive the items back, then the refund will take up to 5 working days or less to be processed. After that, the amount will be reimbursed through the method of payment with which the purchase was made. 

We decline any responsibilities for all kinds of delay in refund due to bank payment authorizations. 

Unfortunately, for non-EU countries the custom charges cannot get reimbursed in case of returns. We warmly suggest to contact your local tax custom office.
